ORGANIC COTTON AS STANDARD
We use GOTS-certified organic cotton as our base.
That means:
- Strict environmental standards
- Controlled chemical use
- Social criteria in production
- Traceability from farm to finished product
Organic cotton reduces harmful inputs in farming and sets a higher baseline for how raw material enters the chain.
For us, that’s the minimum.
Ring-Spun & Combed Cotton
Quality starts at the yarn level. We use a high percentage of ring-spun and combed cotton. Ring-spinning twists fibers more tightly, creating:
- Stronger yarn
- Smoother texture
- Greater durability
Combing removes short fibers and impurities before spinning. The result is a cleaner, softer, more consistent fabric.
This isn’t visible on a product photo.But you feel it over time.
Fabric Weight & GSM
Fabric weight matters. We work with a minimum of 180 GSM. Because below that, durability often drops. At 180 GSM and above, fabric holds its shape better, feels more substantial and lasts longer. It’s a foundation we trust.
From there, we go up to 400 GSM. Lighter weights (starting at 180 GSM) offer breathability and easy layering. Heavier weights provide more structure, density, and long-term resilience.
There is no single “perfect” thickness. It depends on how you wear it. That’s why you can always filter by fabric weight, so you choose what fits your preference.
We set the minimum for quality. You choose the feel.
